For Our Candidates

We are not taking any charges from our candidates. We are providing our free placements services for our candidates.

(a) If any candidates wish to apply from our side in any company they have to follow our few norms. Below we mention it briefly.

(b) If he / she is interested to apply for job they have to send resume to Our team. Our team can take first telephonic round and if candidate is suitable for our reliable option candidate’s need to attend the Face to Face Interview then we can suggest suitable company.

(c) When candidates is going for the interview then compulsory they have to mention our Company NRG Recruiter on his/her resume so company can easily be aware.

(d) If any candidate is selected by our references and recommendations, he/she has to inform and endorse a copy of the appointment letter immediately to us for our record otherwise directly inform to our team or any concern person from NRG RECRUITER

(e) If a candidate is selected for a job through NRG Recruiter he/she will be solely the employee of the concerning organization and NRG Recruiter will be not responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organization.

(f) If any candidate is working through our reference in our client company then we can’t place that candidate to any another company till he/ she has left the job.
